How long is shipping?

Shipping is 7-10 business days (Monday-Friday). If you don't receive your package, email support@kenlicliq.com.

Do you offer returns or refunds?

All sales are final. We do not offer returns or refunds.

How do I purchase a custom unit or clip-ins?

Items in CLIQ Collections are custom made, cut, colored and/or styled extensions that are ready to be installed. These pieces are made custom by a professional using professional coloring techniques and products. Because these items are custom, they will only be made once. No piece will be identical to the other. So if you see something you love, don't hesitate to contact us at support@kenlicliq.com

What do I do if I used the wrong address?

Email: support@kenlicliqhair.com as soon as possible.

In the email reference:

1.) Your order number

2.) The correct address

3.) An authorization statement to switch the address

Please note this will delay your delivery date. Once the order ships, you are responsible for contacting USPS. We will not send a new tracking number.
